Yamhill Country Transit provides accessible bus and reserved ride services throughout Yamhill County. We connect the communities of McMinnville and Newberg to West Salem, Grand Ronde, Hillsboro and Tigard.
We currently operate 8 routes, four (4) local fixed routes in McMinnville, and four (4) commuter routes weekdays.
For our riders experiencing mobility and functional limitations, we offer two reserve ride programs:
• Dial-A-Ride: A general public, curb-to-curb service
• ADA Paratransit Rides: A door-to-door service for people experiencing disabilities that prevent them from accessing our fixed routes
All YC Transit buses are:
• ADA compliant
• Equipped with wheelchair lifts or ramps
• Provide priority seating for seniors and people experiencing disabilities
• Safe for service animals and pets in appropriate travel carriers
• Equipped with bike racks
• Yamhill County Transit is currently fareless
YC Transit does not operate on major holidays, including:
• New Years Day
• Memorial Day
• Independence Day
• Labor Day
• Thanksgiving Day
• Christmas Day
